Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer two shipping options to meet your professional needs:

  • Standard Shipping (ยฃ12.95): Via DHL or FedEx – 10-15 business days after dispatch
  • Free Shipping: Via EMS for orders over ยฃ50 – 15-25 business days after dispatch
Note for International Customers: Delivery times may vary for international shipments. Some remote locations and parts of Asia may require special shipping arrangements.

International Shipping

We ship globally (excluding certain remote areas and parts of Asia). Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply.

Returns & Exchanges

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • Item must be unused, unsharpened, and in original packaging
  • Return request must be initiated within 15 days of delivery
  • Original certificates of authenticity and documentation must be included

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Baker lames (blade hygiene concerns)
  • Ceramic sharpening steels (considered personal sharpening tools)
  • Any item showing signs of use or removed from original packaging
